This is one of Strathearn's Arctic Range of paperweights and named Floe. It has a blue, green and white mixed ground in a clear glass pwt. It has five small placed bubbles in it. As far as I know there is only one general size for this pwt ranging from about 2.5" wide to about 2.8". Yearly production is unknown at this time. Circa 1970 to 1979.
