These Strathearn small double candleholders again use the typical budvase type bottom which is based on the P9 minature 3 row to 4 row millefiori concentric paperweight. The metal double candleholder bracket is glued to the top of the glass weight. Vasart also made these over the years but probably only during the Vasart years of 1956 to 1964. I've never seen any from the Ysart Bros Glass period of 1946 to 1955.
