Here we have another previously unknown Strathearn weight, this one being a large muslin or lace star weight with 12 evenly spaced millefiori canes arranged in a double cross row pattern. This is one of the finest Lace paperweights I've ever seen from Strathearn. Someone took extra special care and time to precisely place these canes in a distinct pattern instead of Strathearn's usual random, scattered placement. A very special and rare Strathearn Lace paperweight. I have no idea of who might have made this weight at Strathearn or when or even if any were made in the other two Star weight sizes that Strathearn used.
